Waiting for spring.

Tea, watercolors and ink

An older painting that I did for a friend. She recently got a tattoo of a sparrow on her back. It's started to get really cold up here, and I simply cannot wait for spring!

BAPE space suit

I dreamed about....

Watercolors and pen

I had a dream the other night about a corn-flake-hamster. I found it on the hiking trail behind the reservoir. It was only the size of a small mouse and sat in the pocket of my t-shirt. When a girl from my Southern Writers class broke off one of its paws (I guess she's a corn flake fanatic) it bled raspberry jam and cried frosting. Joanna and I want to build a sculpture version of it out of corn flakes and fake fur.

The hearts of small children are delicate organs.

Watercolors, ink, tea and pencil.

This was painted between the two fire alarms last night. The quote is from Carson McCullers' short story 'The Ballad of Sad Cafe"
